The odds to win Super Bowl XLIV have just been released at a few sportsbooks. Check below to find the future bet lines on every NFL team. The 2010 Super Bowl will be held in Tampa, Florida and will be played on February 6th 2010.
Betting on the big game early in the year does have benefits. The 2009 NFL Champion Pittsburgh Steelers opened a bankroll padding 20-1 while the previous year’s Super Bowl winner NY Giants opened the season at very generous 22-1 odds at most offshore betting shops.
This year the linesmakers have once again made the New England Patriots the favorite to win the big game. The Patriots opened up at +375, so just under 4-1 wagering odds followed by the Pittsburgh Steelers at +575 and the Philadelphia Eagles at +750.
The bookmaker won’t be seeing our money bet on the Patriots as we will be looking elsewhere. We’re going to put down wagers on the Eagles and the Saints from the NFC and the Chargers and Jaguars from the AFC. If you’re looking for a dark horse future bet, I’d look at Seattle Seahawks at +5100 opening odds to win the SuperBowl.
